Brig. Gen. Professor Dr. Nurunnahar Fatema, SBP is the Chief Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist at LABAID Cardiac Hospital, Dhaka. Conferred the prestigious 'Swadhinata Padak' (Independence Award) by the Government of Bangladesh and decorated with 'Sena Bahini Padak' (SBP), she is the national pioneer of pediatric cardiology in Bangladesh.
