ReviewInn is a platform that hosts content created by its users. You — not ReviewInn — are solely and fully responsible for every review, rating, comment, photo, message, and other content you submit (“User Content”). By posting, you represent and warrant that your content is your own genuine, first-hand experience or honest opinion; that any statement of fact in it is true and can be supported; that it does not defame, harass, threaten, or invade the privacy of any person; that it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights; and that it does not break any law that applies to you. You agree to indemnify and hold ReviewInn harmless from any claim, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content or your use of the service.
Reviews and other User Content express the views of the people who wrote them, not of ReviewInn. We do not adopt, endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of User Content, and we are an intermediary that makes user-generated content available — we are not its author or publisher. We are under no obligation to monitor content, but we may review, moderate, refuse, edit, label, restrict, or remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion and without prior notice, to enforce these Terms or protect the community.
