Hugo Hadrien Dominique Lloris (French: [yɡo adʁijɛ̃ dominik lɔʁi], born 26 December 1986) is a French professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Major League Soccer club Los Angeles FC. In addition, he is also one of a select number of players who have amassed over 1,000 career appearances. Lloris began his career with his hometown club Nice, made his debut as a teenager in October 2005, and started as a goalkeeper during the team's run to the 2006 Coupe de la Ligue final. After excelling at the club for three seasons, he moved to Lyon.
