Martin Josef Hinteregger (born 7 September 1992) is an Austrian semi-retired professional footballer and manager who plays as a centre-back or forward for Unterliga Mitte club SGA Sirnitz, which he also manages. He began his career with SGA Sirnitz before establishing himself at Red Bull Salzburg, where he won five Austrian Bundesliga titles and four Austrian Cups. He later played in the German Bundesliga for FC Augsburg and Eintracht Frankfurt, winning the UEFA Europa League in 2022with the latter. After retiring from professional football in June 2022, he returned to amateur club SGA Sirnitz as a forward.
