Engr. Md. Ibrahim Islam Ifty obtained his B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), with a major in Structural Engineering. His undergraduate thesis, titled “Quality Control, Health Monitoring and Fire Protection of Steel Buildings,” was completed under the supervision of Md. Abdur Rouf, former Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). In recognition of his academic excellence, he was awarded the Dean’s Award by AUST in 2019. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Water Resources Engineering (WRE) at BUET. Engr. Ifty is a Life Member (MIEB) of The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB). He has previously served as a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at Port City International University and CCN University of Science and Technology. He is currently engaged in the preparation and publication of several journal articles.
