- Research Interest
- My primary research interests lie in knowledge management (KM) education and practice in the field of library and information science (LIS). I am particularly interested in developing KM programs and competence model for educating knowledge managers. My research also focuses on KM systems, especially the tools and technologies for creating, organizing, distributing and sharing both explicit and tacit knowledge in digital environments. In addition, my research concerns the theory of adoption of innovations, inter- and/or multidisciplinary studies and emerging disciplines like service science, skills science and knowledge science, etc. My research keywords are: Knowledge Management Digital Library System Library and Information Science Knowledge Sharing Adoption of Innovation Human Resource Management Interdisciplinary Studies
