- Research Interests: International law, human rights law, intellectual property law, animal protection law, environmental law, and socio-legal studies. A research article on international environmental law that Mr. Rahman completed is currently under review at a reputable journal, and he is working on a couple of other articles across multiple legal areas.

- Awards & Achievements
- Shaikh Mirazur Rahman graduated 2nd in his LLM and 5th in his LLB from the University of Dhaka. He received the Government of Bangladesh Honors Scholarship (Talent Pool) in recognition of his outstanding academic performance and good conduct, as well as the Education Board Scholarship at the higher secondary level. He was also honored with the Dedicated Difference Maker Award 2024 by Give Bangladesh Foundation.

- Professional Experience
- Shaikh Mirazur Rahman has supervised undergraduate theses on diverse topics, particularly in international law, and has served on thesis defence boards. He has contributed to departmental governance through roles on the Moot Court, Conference, and Brochure Committees, as well as participation in departmental meetings, admission examinations, and viva boards. He serves as a student advisor, guided student researchers in the Fall 2025 Law Clinic field visit, and regularly contributes to student orientation programmes and other academic initiatives within the department. He previously worked as a Technical Writer at Attorney Raju Mahajan and Associates, preparing legal documents for U.S. immigration petitions through legal research and drafting. He also served as Deputy Coordinator of Communication at Give Bangladesh Foundation, leading organizational communications, documentation, and fundraising initiatives. Earlier, he contributed to 10 Minute School as a content contributor and mentored university admission candidates at University Coaching Center (UCC) for several years.
