Tausif E Elahi is working as Lecturer at the Department of Civil Engineering, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He completed his BSc in Civil Engineering from BUET and is pursuing his MSc in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering there. His research interest includes stabilization of problematic soils, stability analysis of slopes and landslide prevention, and sustainable construction materials. He is currently working on the fabrication of low cost and eco-friendly Compressed Stabilized Earth Blocks (CSEBs) utilizing easily available industrial wastes. He wants to establish himself as a renowned researcher in the field of Geotechnical Engineering.
