Can't teach properly.

Can't teach properly. Her teaching method is very disgusting. She comes to class at 30 minutes later of the scheduled time and then open the slide or book pdf then just reads the slide or pdf. What she reads, she doesn’t understand well so What will we understand? She thinks she can everything and she has knowledge in everything of the course but believe me She has no good teaching ability.
