He should be the benchmark of bad teaching. I don't even understand what he's trying to teach, no meaning to the existing syllabus itself. Even poor in script evaluation. I don't know why he doesn't want to give marks, when the answer is partially correct. No student is 100% intellectual, s/he can make mistakes. But he can't tolerate anything else than what he teaches. I don't think that would be considered professionalism.
