Seems to be friendly to me, but she is very weak in teaching and delivering her lecture, she is weak at quants, she shouldn't be taking difficult courses like derivative, corporate finance, fixed income securities, micro economics and statistics, she should be limited to taking easy and theoretical courses. That's better for students.
