Well, Sir was, to the most part, boring and couldn't deliver what he intended to do, I guess. He would share outright irrelevant gossips in the class and expected us to decipher the codes to understand how he was trying to link Corporate Finance's topics with those gossips. Horrible way to teach. He also missed some classes here and there due to being the DEAN, but okay. Overall, I was not, at all, happy with how the course went.
