Shohoz SuperApp - Reliable but needs improvement in support

Shohoz is my go-to app for booking train and bus tickets in Bangladesh. It saves me so much time compared to standing in long queues. However, I faced delays in refunds and the customer service response was slow. Overall, it's still the best option for online bookings.
