BRTA Service Portal: A Mixed Experience with Room for Improvement

I recently used the BRTA Service Portal to renew my driving license, and while the process was straightforward, the website sometimes took ages to load, making it frustrating. Other users might find the language barrier an issue since it’s only available in Bengali and English.
